Mikhail Artyukhov, Partner

Graduate of both Computer Sciences and Management Faculties at Kyiv State Technical University of Construction and Architecture. Later obtained MBA degree at International Management Institute (Kyiv). Had internship in Belgium and Switzerland.

Since 2008 Mikhail stepped into entrepreneurship and established ARPA Investments. In 2008 Mikhail held a position of Executive Director at Eurostandard where he was responsible for the provision of real estate services in Ukraine with implementation of American realtors’ technologies.
From 2006 till 2007 Mikhail held a position of Financial Director at “DEOL Partners”. Later as a Managing Director at “Parker&Obolensky” Mikhail developed and implemented stimulus system for company’s sales specialists and Key Performance Indicators of performance evaluation. He also coordinated the renting out of class A Leonardo business centre in Kyiv as well as supported sales office of Park Avenue residential complex.
In 2005-2006 he headed Kyiv Real Estate Fund. From 1994 till 2005 Mikhail held a position of Financial Director in a number of companies in Electronics, Retail and Telecommunication industries.

Mikhail specializes in all aspects of Business Development, M&A, Finance and Hi-Tech. He has direct experience with Real Estate, Financial Consulting and Private Equity Funds.

Oleksandr Romanyshyn, Partner

Graduate of Lviv Polytechnic National University (Intelligent Systems of Decisions Making) and Kyiv Investment Management Institute (Financial Management); had internships in Poland and the USA.

Oleksandr has been in Real estate industry for more than 4 years. Prior to joining ARPA Investments he held a position of Deputy Director at German investment company “East European Property”, a member of “ArensJaederberg Group”.
From 2006 until 2008 he worked as the Head of Analytics Unit at “DEOL Partners”. He was responsible for the market monitoring and analysis, preparation the market reports as well as participated in consulting projects in various commercial real estate segments. He performed the highest and best use analysis, financial modeling, and conception development of real estate objects. In 2002-2006 worked in business consulting in a number of industries.

Oleksandr specializes in strategic management, asset management and has a large experience in Investment analysis of real estate projects.
